How Can Rapture Fund Be Assured that the Contributions Won't Be Misappropriated by Non-Believers after the Rapture?

We have given this issue our careful attention. In this regard, we have carefully drafted our corporate Charter, which is filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Tennessee, to provide as follows: Members, Directors and Officers of Rapture Fund must all subscribe in writing to the following testimony: "I hereby testify and believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God and that, as God and Lord, Jesus Christ died on a cross for my sins, rose from the grave, lives forever, and will one day return as the Messiah, King of Kings and Lord of Lords."

The Members of Rapture Fund have the sole duty of selecting the organization's Directors. The Directors are the persons responsible for conducting the affairs of Rapture Fund, which they do by directing the Officers of the organization. The organization's Members have selected a panel of “Delegates.” The Delegates are not Christians. They are, however, honorable citizens, who understand the purposes of the organization and have agreed to faithfully perform a single duty in the event of the Rapture: select new Members for Rapture Fund, each of which must subscribe in writing to the above testimony. Some of the Delegates are lawyers, who particularly understand the importance of honoring the requirements of Rapture Fund's Charter. Some of the Delegates have Jewish heritage--a heritage that we believe will be particularly inclined to protect the interests and purposes of Rapture Fund, which has an emphasis of humanitarian protection and evangelization of Jewish people.

We also note that key provisions of Rapture Fund's Charter are not amendable. These limitations have been imposed to maintain the integrity of the purposes of the organization. Therefore, (a) because our Charter is a public document, scrutinized by government agencies, (b) because we have carefully chosen Delegates, who appreciate the significance as well as the legal and social responsibility of honoring the organization's charter, (c) because the Delegates have a very limited responsibility of selecting new Members in the event of the Rapture, (d) because Members, Directors and Officers of Rapture Fund are required to subscribe in writing to a testimony of Jesus Christ, and (e) because key provisions of the Charter are not amendable, we have confidence that the purposes of Rapture Fund will be honored following the Rapture.

How Can I Protect My Loved Ones after the Rapture?

We understand your desire to protect loved ones in the event of the Rapture. We also have loved ones who may not be gathered together with Jesus Christ at the Rapture. In our Rapture Terms, which function as an amendment to your Last Will and Testament, we have provided a means for you to make an express gift to a designated loved one in the event of the Rapture. The Rapture Terms to your Last Will and Testament will also explain to your loved ones what the Rapture is all about and how they can gain eternal life through Jesus Christ. Further, if the Rapture occurs, and the Rapture Fund receives a gift from your Last Will and Testament, then Rapture Fund will endeavor to present your designated loved ones with the Gospel--the most important legacy they can receive.

What if the Rapture Occurs Either During or After the Tribulation?

While many Christians believe that the Rapture will precede the Tribulation, some Christians believe that the Rapture will occur in the middle of the Tribulation, and still others believe that the Rapture will occur near or at the end of the Tribulation. Each group of believers can point to passages in Scripture that they believe support their respective positions. However, regardless of when the Rapture will occur in relation to the Tribulation, you have nothing to lose by adding Rapture Terms to your Last Will and Testament, giving your estate to the Rapture Fund in the event of the Rapture. Similarly, if you operate a Christian organization, you have nothing to lose by amending your charter to distribute the net assets of your organization to the Rapture Fund in the event of the Rapture. In either case, nothing happens unless and until the Rapture, and even if the Rapture happens at the end of the Tribulation, the worst that happens is your estate is (or your organization's net assets are) transferred at such time to the Rapture Fund--an organization dedicated to the promotion of Jesus Christ after the Rapture.
